  • Maximum limits of up to $90,000 to coincide with NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA catastrophic progams
  • One-year, two-year and four-year benefit periods
  • Expanded coverage for overuse, repetitive stress or overexertion injuries
  • Extended coverage for expenses denied by HMO/PPO
  • Lifetime catastrophic coverages from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 maximums for intercollegiate, club or intramural sports
